Tis the Season

Well, now that everyone has sent out their Christmas cards, and I won't be ruining anyone's surprise, I thought I'd post a few of the cards that clients had me make this year. I'm not biased or anything, but I think a few of these are good enough to frame! J/K. So for next year, or if you would like to do baby announcements, invitations, or whatever... cards start at about $2 a piece.

The Warren Wagon says "Washington or Bust!"

I am having the hardest time writing about these guys. First thing they are beautiful. And in the last year or so, I have found their inside beauty just makes them even more gorgeous. Yes I said gorgeous (J's word "fancy" just doesn't fit here). It is good to watch how giving they are to each other and everyone around them. Hopefully I have learned something from them and can "pay it forward" like they always do. I will miss them...

Sweet Girls

This was such a fun shoot. I'm finding out that generally, girls must like to have their portrait taken more than boys. These two were just so nice! I usually always carry "bribe candy" with me on family shoots. I don't think much bribing was going on here. They got "reward candy" instead. Aren't they just beautiful...

Sweet Kate's Family

Aren't they just the Ralph Lauren models of Eagle? I love how I have this running log of Kate. She is so stinkin'cute, and now you can see why. Just a Beautiful Family.

Twin Boys

I know you're not supposed to call boys beautiful...but geez these two are so beautiful. They are also identical. So in an almost 3 hour long session, they did not cry one little bit. Amazing. What a nice way to have twins.

Torn....

Torn between the awesome contrast this barn gives in black and white, and the amazing red. I love cool backgrounds. You always want to focus on the person in the frame, but a background can make or break a portrait. Lil' Miss A does these poses all by herself. Maybe I could have her be a senior model for me!

Ok, so maybe I'm done for awhile with shots of my dd. I knew I had to get these done before the busy fall season starts up, or I would never have finished them.
